“Mörbylånga Photo Contest” is open to all people eighteen (18) years old and older. Employees of InnoVentum AB (”InnoVentum”) and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The number of entries from one contestant is limited to three (3). InnoVentum reserves the right to disqualify any of the photos from the competition without any explanations. Photos posted before or after the contest period will not be taken into account. Winner will be selected by the internal jury (”InnoVentum Team”) after the contest ends. The decision will take into account the popularity of pictures expressed in the number of ”likes” on InnoVentum Facebook page along with other factors such as picture’s aesthetic value, suitability to the marketing profile of InnoVentum etc. InnoVentum will contact the participant whose picture(s) was/were selected via email or Facebook message. In the event that any such participant is not contactable after three (3) attempts, he/she will be disqualified from the Contest and the next candidate from a reserved list will be selected. Non compliance may result in disqualification in the Contest. An alternate winner from a reserved list will be awarded the prize. InnoVentum reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize of equal or greater value. InnoVentum reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. Submission of the picture constitutes permission to InnoVentum to use its original version (high resolution) for the purposes of advertising, trade and promotion of InnoVentum or otherwise without further compensation and notification to the participant and authorization from the participant. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to InnoVentum to use the winners’ pictures and/or name and/ or other particulars and /or likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade and promotion of InnoVentum or otherwise without further compensation and notification to the winner and authorization from the winner. InnoVentum and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Contest. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in the Contest or use or redemption of any prize. Any state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. InnoVentum does not provide any insurance or warranty for the prize. All applicable local laws and regulations apply to this Contest.
